Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Billing

InstrumentPackage is sold as a recurring subscription, billed in advance each billing period. Payments are processed by Creem, our merchant of record, so charges on your statement and receipts come from Creem. Applicable taxes are calculated and collected by Creem at checkout.

2. Cancellation

• You may cancel at any time using the customer portal link included in your Creem receipt email, or by emailing info@instrumentpackage.com from the email address used at purchase.
• Cancellation stops all future billing. Your license remains active until the end of the billing period you have already paid for, after which the software's subscription features are disabled.
• No cancellation fees apply.

3. Refunds

• If you experience a problem with your purchase — including accidental charges, duplicate charges, or the software not functioning as described — contact us within 14 days of the charge and we will work with you to resolve the issue, including issuing a refund where appropriate.
• Approved refunds are issued by Creem to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your card issuer, typically 5–10 business days.
• Refunds are generally not provided for partial billing periods after cancellation, or for periods in which the service was substantially used, except where required by applicable law.

4. Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights you may have under the consumer protection laws of your jurisdiction.
